Shipping & Delivery
We are dedicated to providing you with the best possible service so we would ask that you provide us with the maximum lead time. We endeavor to dispatch orders within 48 hours of the order being received.
Smaller packages are sent by first class post, heavier items we use Parcel Force and all International orders are sent by Fedex.
Due to our location only one posting/uplift a day is possible so please bare this in mind. Your order will take a minimum of 48 hours to arrive. Orders are usually dispatched from Monday to Wednesday.
As our produce is perishable we prefer not to send out parcels which may get stuck in a holding office over the weekend though you can request Next Day Delivery at an extra cost.
We endeavour to deliver your orders on the requested date however sometimes adverse weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control prevent this from happening in which case your delivery will reach you at the next available opportunity.
All orders are packed with reusable ice/gel packs to maintain a low temperature during transit.
All small packages and sides are sent in sealed insulated pouches or polystyrene boxes. Hampers will be packed in cardboard boxes with and ice/gel packs.
Postage, packing and delivery is not charged on orders over £65.00 however there is a fixed charge of £7.00 on each individual parcel to a single address.

Delivery to all destinations outside the UK will be shipped by international courier.
*We cannot accept orders for BFBO addresses, hospital wards or for the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or South Africa.

Christmas and New Year Orders 2017
We would appreciate receiving all orders, for Christmas delivery in the UK, on or before midday/12 noon on Saturday 16th December, this will guarantee dispatch on the week beginning Monday 18th to ensure your parcels arrive on time.
It will be necessary to contact us about International Orders no later than 11th December.
We always do our very best to process late orders but it must be taken into account that due to our proximity sometime adverse weather conditions and or circumstances beyond our control prevent this from being a possible option, orders after the allotted dates will incur a surcharge for special delivery. Orders for delivery between Christmas and New Year will only be despatched on Tuesday 26th December.
Privacy & Security
Protecting your privacy is important to us and we only collect the information you have consented to give and data which is necessary to process your orders. This information helps us to provide you with an efficient service.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
You will receive a confirmatory email once your order has been processed. All PayPal transactions are processed securely through their servers. We do not hold your card details anywhere within our systems.
Returns & Replacements
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Refunds or replacement goods will be offered at the discretion of the company. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our products or the service you have received, please contact the us immediately.
Ordering with our on line shop is a quick and secure way of receiving your goods.
On your first visit you will be required to register before you can proceed with an order. You will receive a comfirmation email which you must verify by clicking on the link in the email. Following your registration you will be able to manage your account, it is neccessary to complete your address and billing details. You can create a multiple address book for any future transactions. This multiple address book becomes a drop down facility making repeated orders simple.
